Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of disputes between lawyers and their clients, out-of-court dispute resolution is available on application at the Berlin Bar Association (Section 73(2) no. 3 in conjunction with Section 73(5) BRAO) or at the Lawyers’ Arbitration Board (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft) at the German Federal Bar (Section 191f BRAO).
